High Efficiency Ball Mill

The high efficiency ball mill is used to grind a variety of ores and other materials. It acts as critical equipment for grinding crushed materials. The versatile and efficient mill made by Mackorn is mainly composed of feeder unit, discharge unit, rotary unit, and transmission unit including the speed reducer, pinion, motor, and the electronic controller. Its hollow shaft adopts steel casting, and its lining is replaceable. A rotary gear wheel is subjected to gear hobbing process for castings. In addition, a cylinder in this cement grinding mill is embedded with wear-resistant lining plate. As a kind of laboratory mill, this product runs smoothly and reliably.

Working Principle
This energy-saving mill equipment for mineral processing is a horizontal type cylindrical rotating device. It is also a dual-chamber grate ball mill with gear transmission. Materials are spirally delivered from a feeder unit to the first chamber of our product through a hollow shaft. This chamber is equipped with stepped lining plate or corrugated lining plate. Also, it contains different specifications of steel balls.

The rotating cylinder produces centrifugal force, which allows steel balls to be lifted to a definite height and then drop down. These balls have the function of impacting and grinding materials. After coarse grinding in the first chamber, the materials are sent to the second chamber through a single-layer partition plate. This chamber is inserted with a flat lining plate and steel balls for further grinding materials. Powdered materials are discharged via a discharge grate. Finally, the high efficiency ball mill completes the whole grinding process.
